Bernstein-Rein Advertising, a Kansas City-based full service agency is seeking a dynamic and committed individual to serve as an Account Executive supporting its McDonald’s account. The role reports directly to the Account Supervisor along with supporting key team members on specific projects/assignments.

The chosen candidate will have at a minimum a business, marketing or advertising undergraduate or graduate-level degree from an accredited university, any advertising or marketing experience is a plus. The candidate must be detailed oriented with strong organizational skills. This position is responsible for developing a solid foundation of knowledge and experience in the key areas of: agency processes, production, creative development, strategic thinking and analytical skills. Task management and execution are also key responsibilities and will include information collection, analysis and communication with internal team and clients. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of the Hispanic Consumer Market, being bilingual would be a plus.

Finally, strong leadership, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills are all a must. The chosen candidate will be flexible to travel as needed.

Project Manager

Description

Bernstein-Rein is seeking a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a mindset for managing a varying complexity of both digital and traditional projects within the agency's workflow process, and will utilize the principles and processes within the agency to ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule and budgets while adhering to quality standards and meeting client expectations and business needs.

Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Working with the account team to develop scope/assignment briefs

// Creating full project schedules from inception to completion; manages resources for deliverables, raising project risks and ensuring adherence to the requirements given within the scope

// Owning the process of budget determination, involving key stakeholders for input and sign-off prior to client presentation

// Being a consultant, analyst, persuader and business minded person

// Being responsible for in-depth and understanding of agency marketing channels, i.e., print, direct mail, digital and broadcast

// Establishing and practicing clear and consistent workflow processes and effectively employing agency tools and technology across all agency accounts

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Degree in business, communications, marketing or similar degree with three years of project management experience
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Content Management System (CMS) Experience, i.e., Sitefinity
