This individual will be part of a team responsible for the evaluation and reporting of consumer trends, category insights and product launch initiatives as well as marketing promotions executed by the co-ops we represent.

    The Media Planner should have 1 - 3 years of experience in media planning.     Merchandising & Communications Specialist


    Bernstein-Rein is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to join our McDonald's Team. The Specialist will be responsible for building and communicating merchandising plans across all the McDonald's co-ops represented. This individual will work directly with vendors to research, develop and implement specific point-of-purchase materials. We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate with strong written communication skills.

    In addition, we are looking for a team player who is a self-starter and has the desire to own projects from start to finish. This person should be organized and enjoys putting a process in place and implementing it.

    Additional Accountability Include but not limited to:
    Work with the internal team to determine merchandise messages and solutions
    Develop strategic merchandising plans to address both short-term and long-term objectives
    Find cost effective point-of-purchase solutions, working within budget guidelines
    Provide weekly and monthly communication to all agency co-ops
    Lead client approval and communication process for all co-op merchandising elements
    Manage day to day contact with stores and vendors to address questions, concerns and needs
