    Bernstein-Rein is seeking a Group Planning Director for our growing department. The Group Planning Director is responsible for the management of one or more client groups. They will be responsible for developing ad strategy and creative briefs. In addition, they will be providing leadership and expertise to other departments.     Project Manager


    Bernstein-Rein is seeking a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a mindset for managing a varying complexity of both digital and traditional projects within the agency's workflow process, and will utilize the principles and processes within the agency to ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule and budgets while adhering to quality standards and meeting client expectations and business needs.

    Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

    Working with the account team to develop scope/assignment briefs

    // Creating full project schedules from inception to completion; manages resources for deliverables, raising project risks and ensuring adherence to the requirements given within the scope

    // Owning the process of budget determination, involving key stakeholders for input and sign-off prior to client presentation

    // Being a consultant, analyst, persuader and business minded person

    // Being responsible for in-depth and understanding of agency marketing channels, i.e., print, direct mail, digital and broadcast

    // Establishing and practicing clear and consistent workflow processes and effectively employing agency tools and technology across all agency accounts

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Degree in business, communications, marketing or similar degree with three years of project management experience
    • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Content Management System (CMS) Experience, i.e., Sitefinity
    • Scrum Master Experience is a plus
    • Project Management Tool Experience, i.e., Workamajig or Advantage Systems
