    Digital Marketing Specialist

    Description

    Bernstein-Rein is looking to add a full-time digital marketing specialist (SEM / PPC / CPC) to manage and grow pay-per-click advertising campaigns. A solid understanding of web analytics is critical and the ability to clearly communicate campaign performance is a must.

    Job Responsibilities
    • Manage Google AdWords (and other PPC) campaigns for a range of clients
    • Identify and implement strategies for increasing traffic through: Google display, video/rich media, and PPC
    search optimization.
    • Optimize and track performance of all campaigns across multiple platforms (all major search engines and
    and shopping comparison types)
    • Perform competitor and keyword analysis
    • Manage PPC budgets and illustrate ROI
    • Tie in to email and other marketing campaigns
    • Identify new trends and opportunities in SEM / PPC
    • Assist and train other team members

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Extensive understanding of the Pay-Per-Click, SEM marketplace; including Search and Content as well as Video/Display Network
    • Working knowledge of SEO concepts, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Bing Ads,DoubleClick Search, DART, Core Metrics, and other PPC platforms
    • Minimum of 2 years of search engine marketing experience; AdWords certification is a plus

    Director of Marketing Analytics

    Bernstein-Rein is seeking a Director of Marketing Analytics to join our growing Analytics Team.

    Job responsibilities will include leading the development of client solutions in the areas of measurement reporting and predictive analytics. In addition, the selected candidate will be responsible for the implementation of client measurement plans and staff spanning goal-setting.

    This role will provide and establish agency best-practices in analytics, staff evaluation and deployment.

    Group Planning Director

    Description

    Bernstein-Rein is seeking a Group Planning Director for our growing department. The Group Planning Director is responsible for the management of one or more client groups. They will be responsible for developing ad strategy and creative briefs.

    In addition, they will be providing leadership and expertise to other departments. Assists in driving long-term business building and may be an integral member working with new business team.

    The considered candidate must have the ability to bring a strong consumer focus to all advertising decisions, work well within other departments as a team player, train and develop the Account Planning team, and have 7-10 years of experience, preferably in an Agency setting.

    KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure creative delivers on strategy

    • Responsible for growing the abilities and skills of the department members through formal training, mentorship

    • Creates an environment that fosters personal and professional growth for department members to encourage
    loyalty, openness of opinion, and constant curiosity
    • Monitors and interprets cultural and social trends relevant to the client’s business

    EDUCATION: BS Marketing or related discipline. MBA desirable

    EXPERIENCE
    Required/Preferred 7-10+ years in planning/strategy function

    • Exceptional knowledge of classical marketing strategy and its application
    • Ability to apply industry knowledge and trends to define client business opportunities and drive communications

    • Client development savvy; track record of advancing client relationships and delivering business results

    • Excellent presentation skills. Ability to story-tell both oral and written

      Must be proficient working with a CMS and in software applications such as Creative Suite, as well as languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP. You'll work with a talented team of creatives to concept and produce outstanding online, email and digital advertising for a regional fashion and service retailer.

      The candidate needs to be able to take ownership, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.
