Account Supervisor

Description

BR is looking for a rockstar Account Supervisor to join our Account Management team. This person will be championing good ideas and leading the execution of integrated campaigns. They must also write and present to inspire, motivated daily to be a student of their craft, and have the ability to use data to explore and secure creative opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identifying business and category insights that inform the development of brand and communications strategies as well as promotional tactics
  • Proactively encouraging and leading a cross departmental team to provide innovative, media/channel neutral ideas, strategies and solutions
  • Participating in communications strategy & marketing platform development
  • Performing a lead role in reviewing and analyzing material relative to client needs – media results, research data, competitive information, consumer and category trends, product/service information, etc.
  • Coordinating the client approval of all estimates, creative briefs and creative.
  • Reviewing final creative work and other agency communications before distribution to client for consistency with the identified objectives, needs and brand standards.
  • Nurturing strong relationship client and agency
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • 6-8 years experience in marketing and/or advertising with QSR or Retail Franchise experience preferred
  • 3 years minimum agency experience
  • Strong command of new and existing media as well as an understanding of broadcast production
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Collaborative work-style in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidate must have strong attention to detail and organization skills
